Note: Altberg has changed this boot to a slightly different specification and we gradually are changing over to the new stock also. The new SF version has lace loops instead of hooks at the top of the boot, and Altberg's newer Defender Hi-Traction sole. Lightweight, all-weather combat boot. The lining is a Sympatex waterproof membrane and the leather is soft, supple, full grain European hide.

The key feature of this boot is the ladies' fit - using a specially designed ladies' last (footshape). Altberg's A-Forme lasts are ergonomically designed to create less foot strain during running and tabbing. The ladies' last has a special anatomical forefoot shape (medium fitting), the heel is narrower and the toe is more sprung, so the boot will roll forward during running or tabbing, and creasing of the leather at the forefoot is minimised. The upper design features a lower cut leg, and the sole has increased toe roll for comfort and foot control when tabbing.
